This Privacy Policy explains what information Replex collects, how it is used, and your choices when you use the Replex app and this website.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Information you create in the app

• Workout logs, exercises, sets/reps/weight, workout duration, and completion status
• Workout templates and preferences
• Optional notes and app settings

1.2 Account and subscription information

• Authentication identifiers used for sign-in and account linking (including Sign in with Apple when you choose it)
• Subscription status and entitlement state used to unlock premium features

1.3 Diagnostic and analytics information

• App analytics events and product usage trends
• Crash and stability diagnostics
• Basic device/app metadata (for example, app version, OS version, and device type)

1.4 Optional permissions

• Calendar: If granted, Replex can create workout events in your calendar.
• Health data: If granted, Replex can read/write workout-related HealthKit data.
• Location: If enabled in the app and permitted by iOS, Replex may associate location data with workouts.

1.5 AI Coach (Pro)

If you use AI Coach, we process the following to provide coaching, scheduling proposals, and template edit proposals:

• Chat messages you send to the coach
• Context sent with each turn: local date and time, timezone, optional profile and goals, template names and identifiers, optional workout focus, and tool results (workout and schedule data fetched on your device when the coach requests it)
• A Firebase ID token to authenticate your session (used to verify your account and Pro subscription; we do not treat this as additional personal content beyond your account identifier)

Nothing is written to your calendar or templates from chat until you tap confirm on your device. Proposals are shown for review; you choose whether to apply them.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core workout tracking features and sync behavior
• Enable subscriptions and premium feature access
• Provide AI coaching, scheduling proposals, and template edit proposals (Pro)
• Improve reliability, performance, and product decisions
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain security and prevent abuse (including rate limits and moderation for AI Coach)

3. Storage and Sync

Replex stores app data locally on your device and may sync data through Apple services (such as iCloud/CloudKit) when enabled. Data handling in Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

4. Third-Party Services

Replex uses trusted service providers to operate the app and website:

• Apple: App Store billing, iCloud/CloudKit sync, and Apple platform services
• Firebase (Google): Analytics, crash diagnostics, remote configuration, authentication, and cloud data services
• RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management
• Cloudflare Workers: Proxy and orchestration for AI Coach requests
• OpenAI: Large language model processing of AI Coach messages and context (subject to OpenAI policies)
• Google Analytics (website): Traffic and engagement analytics for this website

AI Coach conversation threads may be stored server-side (Cloudflare KV) for approximately 30 days to maintain conversation continuity. Each provider processes data according to its own policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when necessary to operate Replex, comply with legal obligations, enforce rights, or protect users and the service.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website)

This website uses analytics tags that may set or read cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and usage patterns.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

• Manage app permissions in iOS Settings (Calendar, Health, Location)
• Manage iCloud sync in iOS settings
• Manage subscriptions in App Store subscription settings
• Clear AI Coach chat history in the app
• AI Coach requires an active Replex Pro subscription
• Do not send sensitive medical information in AI Coach chat
• Request support or data-related assistance by contacting us

9. Children

Replex is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country by our service providers.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the Last Updated date.
