These Terms govern your use of the Replex mobile application and related website pages. By using Replex, you agree to these Terms.

1. License and Eligibility

Replex is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or website content except as permitted by law.

2. Free and Premium Access

Replex includes free functionality and optional premium features. Premium access requires an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. AI Coach is a Pro (premium) feature.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trial

• Subscription plans, pricing, and trial eligibility are shown in the App Store.
• Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms and policies.
• If a premium subscription expires, premium features may be limited while free functionality remains available.

4. User Content

You retain rights to the workout content you create. You grant Replex a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

4.1 AI Coach (Pro)

• AI-generated coaching output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before applying them.
• AI Coach does not provide medical, nutrition, or professional fitness advice. Consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
• Schedule and template changes proposed by AI Coach apply only after you explicitly confirm them on your device.
• You agree to use AI Coach responsibly: no harassment, jailbreak or prompt-injection attempts, off-topic abuse, or automated scraping of the service.
• We may impose daily message limits, moderation, or other restrictions to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Replex in a way that violates law, infringes rights, disrupts services, or attempts unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Replex is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This includes AI Coach recommendations, which are generated automatically and may be wrong. Consult a qualified professional for medical guidance before changing your training, diet, or health routines.

7. Privacy

Your use of Replex is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Replex app, website, branding, and related content are owned by Replex or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Replex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Replex operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
