1. Agreement
By downloading or using Price Wizard (“the app”) you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple’s, Apple’s terms prevail where required.
2. What the app does
Price Wizard connects to App Store Connect with an API key you provide and lets you plan and apply subscription and in-app purchase prices, introductory offers and product localizations for your own apps. It works on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
3. Your account and API key
- You need an App Store Connect API key with sufficient access (App Manager or Admin). You’re responsible for having the right to manage the apps you connect.
- Keep your key secure. You can revoke it at any time in App Store Connect.
4. Changes made to App Store Connect
Applying prices, introductory offers or localizations changes live data in your App Store Connect account, which can affect what customers pay. The app shows a review before each apply, but you are responsible for checking the results. Prices are subject to Apple’s rules, price points, exchange rates and taxes, which can change. Pricing suggestions (for example, by purchasing power) are estimates, not financial advice.
5. Free applies and the lifetime purchase
- The app includes 5 free applies. An apply is each time you send prices, an introductory offer or localization changes to App Store Connect. Retrying failed territories does not count again.
- After that, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited applies for the Apple ID that bought it, on its devices. The price is shown in the App Store for your country.
- Payment is processed by Apple. Purchases are verified with RevenueCat. Use Restore Purchases to unlock on another device.
- Demo mode is free and never writes to App Store Connect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to access accounts you’re not authorized to manage, to break Apple’s terms, or to reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on Apple’s APIs and on services listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability and behavior are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or profits, resulting from your use of the app or changes made to App Store Connect, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time. We may discontinue the app, but the purchase you made remains usable for as long as the app runs on your devices.
