This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you and Aleksandr Riakhin for the PureBite iOS application. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
License
Subject to this EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PureBite on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, rent, lease, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or use the app to develop a competing product using PureBite’s proprietary code or assets.
In-App Purchases
Optional paid features (PureBite Plus) are offered through Apple In-App Purchase and may include auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions (with a one-week free introductory trial where offered), an optional yearly promo SKU, and a lifetime unlock. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. See our Terms of Service for more detail.

PureBite is a lifestyle fasting timer and recipe companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it.
Standard Apple terms
Where applicable, PureBite is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
