These Terms govern your use of the PureBite iOS app and website operated by Aleksandr Riakhin (“PureBite”, “we”). By using PureBite, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
PureBite provides an intermittent fasting timer, progress tracking, optional reminders, mood notes, measurements, and recipe discovery for eating windows. Features may change over time.
Not medical advice
PureBite is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Content and timers do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified clinician before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a history of eating disorders, or have a medical condition.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The app is intended for adults. Do not use PureBite if a clinician has advised against fasting.
Purchases & subscriptions
Optional PureBite Plus purchases are billed by Apple through In-App Purchase. The catalog may include:
- Auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions (where available, these may include a one-week free introductory trial)
- An optional discounted yearly offer SKU (promo; intro trial may not apply)
- A lifetime unlock (non-consumable; not a subscription)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app and App Store at purchase and may vary by region. We do not store your full payment card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, scrape or redistribute recipe content in violation of these Terms, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.
Third-party services
Recipe content is provided by PureBite’s owned catalog (hosted via Cloudflare). Analytics may use Firebase. Purchases use Apple and RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Intellectual property
PureBite branding, UI, and original recipe catalog content belong to Aleksandr Riakhin, except where third-party rights are expressly noted.
Disclaimer of warranties
PureBite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureBite and Aleksandr Riakhin are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss related to dietary decisions you make.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated date will change when we do. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
