Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Divo is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to Divo.
1. Calendar information
Divo calculates tithi, Ekadashi, Parana, choghadiya, festivals and related information astronomically for the city you select. Traditions, sampradayas and local temples sometimes follow different rules or observe a day earlier or later. The information is provided for guidance only; for religious observances, follow your family, temple or priest when they differ.
2. Divo Pro
The calendar, tithi, choghadiya, festivals, the Agiyaras list and widgets are free. Divo Pro adds Agiyaras and Parana reminders and is available as:
- Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once a year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that never expires.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Purchases can be restored on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases in Settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on dates or times shown in the app.
